Fargo, ND 58103, offers this online form for ease of application for potential clients, hereafter "Applicant". Applicant understands that this form AND application payment are BOTH required prior to any application being accepted and run for any reports or checks for opportunity for tenancy. Application for tenancy is preliminary only and does not obligate the Lessor to deliver possession or keys to the premises. No contract will be established between the parties until a lease agreement has been signed by all parties. By agreeing to these terms and digitally signing this form, Applicant represents that all statements made by Applicant are true and complete and hereby authorizes CAM Rentals, its management, employees, and agents to contact and obtain information from any individuals or entities that may have information regarding credit history, employment, and past residential arrangements of the Applicant. The undersigned Applicant(s) hereby indemnify and hold management, its employees, and agents and all other individual or entities contacted by Lessor harmless from all cases of action, expenses, losses, damages of any kind arising from or related to information obtained regarding credit history, employment, or prior residential arrangements of the Applicant. Applicant understands that they are responsible for reading and understanding the questions, statements, and terms contained within, and if assistance is necessary to understand this form, Applicant is responsible for seeking such assistance and understands Lessor has no responsibility to provide such assistance.
